Why Tec?

My passion for Tec was ignited by who other than my parents. My Dad created a spelling tutor program on his Apple 2E. I can still hear it’s grawlix grumblings when you got an answer wrong! Then my Mom brought me behind the scenes, into the world of consumer electronics. Finally, My Step-Dad gave me my first, hand me down, PC.

I was so enthralled that I quickly broke it apart to see how it worked. Well, ‘broke’ was the operative word as I soon found out what static shock does to computers. I was told that I broke it, so I needed to fix it… And I haven’t stopped fixing computers Since.
